Because our program involves dedicated resources, digital content, planning, training materials, and access to the coach/team, all purchases are made with the understanding that the fees are non-refundable.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Once your registration and payment for the Confidence Smile Code™ program is successfully completed, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, cancellations, or credits after payment has been made.
This applies regardless of whether you:
Change your mind after enrolling
Are unable to attend a live session
Do not use or access the program materials
Do not complete the program
Are unable to participate due to personal scheduling conflicts
Decide that the program is not suitable for you after purchase
Experience a change in personal, professional, or financial circumstances
2. PROGRAM ACCESS & DIGITAL MATERIALS
The program may include access to digital training, workshops, recordings, downloadable resources, worksheets, bonus materials, coaching guidance, and other educational resources.
Once access is provided or the program begins, these resources are considered delivered services and are therefore not eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary internet connection, device, and availability required to participate in the program.
3. LIVE WORKSHOPS & SESSIONS
If you register for a live workshop or session and are unable to attend at the scheduled time, this does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
Where applicable, a recording or alternative access may be provided at the discretion of the program team.
Failure to attend a scheduled session does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. RESULTS & PERSONAL OUTCOMES
The Confidence Smile Code™ provides a structured framework, educational guidance, coaching, and tools designed to support confidence, self-expression, mindset, and smile-related transformation.
However, individual experiences and results may vary.
Results can depend on factors including individual circumstances, participation, consistency, implementation, starting point, and other factors outside the control of Dr. Megha Jain or the program team.
Therefore, individual results or the achievement of a particular personal outcome do not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy before making payment.
If you have a concern regarding your purchase, we request that you contact our support team first so that the matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
Unauthorized payment reversals, disputes, or chargebacks initiated without first contacting the program team may be treated as a breach of the purchase agreement and may result in suspension or termination of program access.
6. TRANSFER OF ACCESS
Program access is intended for the individual who purchased the program and may not be transferred, resold, shared, or assigned to another person unless expressly approved in writing by the program team.
Any unauthorized sharing or transfer of program materials or access may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. EXCEPTIONS
Because all purchases are non-refundable, exceptions are generally not provided.
